Welcome to the beginning of life as an artist extraordinaire. The Cake Baking and Decorating programme demands that you be consistently creative, flexible and adaptable as well as current on existing and emerging trends. You will be required to be a team player with high levels of initiative and resourcefulness. As you go through this programme, I will share my personal experiences and provide you with the opportunity to express your ideas and views on the topics under discussion.
